Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy:
Clients are entitled to the following refunds:
a) 50% refund if cancellation is made by September 10, 2025;
b) 25% refund if cancellation is made by October 1, 2025;
c) No refund for cancellations after October 1, 2025.

In addition to the experience packages mentioned above, AURUM offers Clients, for an extra fee, a range of additional services, including transportation, booking individual or group padel lessons, and massage services.

2. Client Obligations:
By using AURUM’s website and completing their registration and purchase, Clients represent and agree to:
(i) Provide accurate and complete information during the registration and purchase process;
(ii) Ensure payment is made correctly using authorized methods and within the established deadlines;
(iii) Be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to make the purchase and registration;
(iv) Be aware of and fully accept the policies and terms applicable to AURUM’s website, including any updates that may be published.


3. Pre-contractual Information:

Before making a purchase, AURUM provides Clients in a timely manner, clearly and understandably, with the following information:
a) Name, company or business name, physical address, phone number, and email to allow Clients to contact AURUM effectively;
b) When applicable, the physical address and identity of professionals acting on behalf of AURUM;
c) Physical address of the professional’s commercial establishment for submitting complaints;
d) Essential characteristics of the service provided, appropriate to the means used and the service or good under the contract;
e) Total price of the service, including taxes, fees, and additional service charges;
f) Method of calculating the price, including all additional charges;
g) Payment and execution methods, and, if applicable, the consumer complaint handling system;
h) Information if the price was personalized based on automated decision-making;
i) Existence of the right to withdraw from the contract, the period, and procedure for exercising this right, including the withdrawal form;
j) Existence and conditions of after-sales support, services, and commercial guarantees;
k) Existence of relevant codes of conduct, and how to obtain copies;
l) Access to extrajudicial complaint mechanisms to which AURUM is bound, and how to use them.


4. Additional Information Requirements for Online Contracts:

Before Clients are bound by a distance contract or corresponding offer, AURUM provides:
a) General information in a specific section of the online interface, directly accessible from the offer page;
b) Clear notice that the offers, including service availability and characteristics, refer exclusively to the online market provider;
c) When applicable, information that proposal comparisons are based on different circumstances and do not represent discounts;
d) Detailed information on price reductions, including percentage reduction and previously lowest price.


5. Contract Formation:

Information is provided clearly and understandably via the chosen distance communication method, respecting principles of good faith. Electronic statements satisfy legal written form requirements.

For contracts concluded electronically, the service purchase creates a payment obligation. AURUM provides pre-contractual information clearly and visibly before finalizing the purchase. Clients must explicitly confirm that the purchase involves a payment obligation. The order is completed by activating a button or similar function clearly labeled as “Order with payment obligation” or an equivalent unambiguous statement.


6. Contract Confirmation:

AURUM confirms the distance contract in durable form within five days, or at the latest, at the service commencement. Confirmation includes pre-contractual information, unless already provided.


7. Order and Acknowledgment of Receipt:

Upon receiving an order, AURUM acknowledges it through the same channel, unless otherwise agreed. The acknowledgment includes the essential purchase details and is sent to the Client’s registered email. The purchase is finalized upon the Client’s confirmation in response to the acknowledgment.


8. Purchase Process:

  1. Access www.theaurumexperience.com and click “Register.”

  2. Complete and submit the registration form, then await confirmation email.

  3. Click the activation link to validate the account.

  4. Log in using the created email and password.

  5. Select the desired date, time, and experience.

  6. Confirm booking details and accept terms and conditions.

  7. Choose the payment method and complete payment online.

  8. After authorization, AURUM sends payment confirmation and registration details via email.


9. Promotions and Discounts:

Promotions, discounts, and special offers are subject to service availability and may apply only to certain services/products or specific periods. Discounts are calculated on the final purchase value including all taxes and may have specific conditions, such as validity dates or limited campaigns. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.


10. Exercise and Effects of the Right of Withdrawal:

Clients may exercise their right of withdrawal by submitting the model “Withdrawal Form” or any other unequivocal statement. Withdrawal deadlines follow the same rules as the cancellation policy: 50% refund by September 10, 2025; 25% refund by October 1, 2025; no refund thereafter.

If withdrawal is submitted electronically, AURUM acknowledges receipt within 24 hours. Clients bear the burden of proof for exercising withdrawal rights.


11. Client Rights in Case of Service Non-compliance:

Clients are entitled to:
a) Proportional price reduction;
b) Service replacement or voucher;
c) Contract termination for just cause.

Price reduction is proportional to the value of services provided versus the expected full service value. Service replacement or vouchers depend on AURUM’s available services (e.g., individual/group lesson, massage session).

Clients may terminate the contract for just cause, and the burden of proof lies with the Client. Termination requires AURUM to refund payments via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, without additional cost to the Client.
